Showroom at Jalil Link, same row with Domino's..

Plus points
1. Location (not far from Pavilion BJ)
2. View (at hilltop)
3. Access road for the condo only (avoid jam if many visitors cars queuing at guardhouse)

Negative points
1. Layout (questionable privacy- people can peek inside)
2. Parking (separate building from house- need to take lift if not same floor with the house ground floor)
3. Inconsistency of information about facilities (no mention of indoor gym, but agents said got.. no layout for aircond ledge but agents said got.. etc)
4. Access to public transport (real location is definitely not walkable from LRT Alam Sutera as it involves hill descent and ascend)

There is agent(not from this project) told me that if i purchased rumawip as first home, few years later if I want to purchase a second new house, I have to surrender the rumawip back to the government if not i cant purchase for a second house.. is that true ah? 🤔 wondering is it the agent trying to bluff me

Thanks bro. I've asked few agent but most of them didn't let me know where is the showroom.
I will go there to take a look before make any decision.

Anyone know exactly where is the rumawip and where is the entrance ? From map looks quite walkable. And what about the neighborhood there? And comments?

rumawip within 10yrs you cant sell...…

there were talks or rumours about gov takes back the unit if you die die want to let go within 10yrs but not verified.

after 10 yrs, you are free agent.....

There are many new rules..
Better think twice, 300k isn't cheap as you thought no matter you want to own stay or "investtttt".

Most of the wip cut cost until you won't believe what you'll get eventually.
Ask every details before you actually sigh the spa, if they can't / reluctant to answer you.

Then you know why la..
No free lunch unless it's cook.by your mother.

Visited sales gallery and the site. As usual response is good. Was told 900+ units registered. There is no extra carpark to purchase. If you want extra you'll have to rent from the management.
Distance to LRT is 800m. It looks like a non walkable hill slope now, SA said when the project and the Tzu Chi school completed, that will be a proper road. (The residence and Tzu Chi school separated by the road )

there is no such rule as for now, but we dont know if government will implement this in future. Even if implement, it will be big dispute to apply the rule to existing rumahwip project, should be only applied to new government project by then.
just my opinion...
