Damn good facilities. Infinity swimming pool, gym, badminton court, kids playground. This is probably the best RumaWIP project to date with. Congratz to all the buyers.

Agreed. This is better than some bebas units. Shows that you don’t have to make a rumahwip look like a war torn refugee camp. All it takes is a bit of effort from the developer.

Lolz the layout like flat larrr, toilet windows and kitchen all attached to the corridor, ceiling height is very low as well, cramped corridor, outside looks nice only but inside yuckkk, if you wan to compare facilities, it goes to Skyawani series

Not in the habit of shopping around rumahwip showrooms. For most people it’s a one off. I just comment when I come across a review and I was surprised that there is quality rivaling normal budget units.

I oso noticed that the lifts used are Eita Schneider, a very slow and problematic lifts, why not Kone or Schindler larrr

Untung to those who bought it.

I would rather prefer the developer spend more money on the interior rather than the exterior, the layout is not practical at all

Yea, even the separate parking block also, u need to take lift to go down from your unit then walkover to the parking block then take lift up or down again, lolzzz

Fair enough. On closer inspection this kind of design is really quite off putting if you wanted for own stay. People stealing your undies from semi open yard area is a real possibility.

I thought rumah WIP only can sold after 10 years. Is this a special case?

The losses for the seller only the management fee, utility fee, renovation and furniture inside the house?

Can be lelong if you fail to pay the monthly instalment to the bank / LPPSA. And I doubt got any reno or furniture yet. 99% this unit still as per handover condition.
