Fellow Illegear Raven Se users. I have question regarding the laptop .
1. Have any of you had any problem with the hinge? ( becoming loose over time, breaking etc.) I am asking this as i often put my laptop in sleep mode by shutting the lid and i wonder if that will affect the hinge.

Hi all sifus, I found that my lappy(onyx)'s battery level drain faster. it was like draining around 10% in 10minutes. This issue happened after upgrading to the latest window version. Does anyone faces this issue too?

Just choose any DDR4 RAM with 2666MHz speed...

Hi khaviraj, I believe it should be fine as we have yet to receive any cases of hinge-related issues from RAVEN SE users so far Should be fine but if you are putting the laptop into a bag/enclosed space for travel, I would recommend for you to shutdown the laptop completely instead of putting it to sleep to prevent overheating when there is limited space for ventilation. hope this helps.

HI all, I recently got myself the Raven SE-R and have some questions about the Sound Blaster Cinema 5 software. It is unfortunately not very intuitive to use and somehow I can't seem to figure out how to use it easily.

1. Do I have to launch Sound Blaster Connect every time I start up the laptop for Sound Blaster Cinema 5 to work?

2. Is there a user manual or guide for how to use this software? I tried changing some of the audio profile there and create a custom one like recommended by ZM Fong but somehow the profile I created will change after I close and reopen Sound Blaster Connect.

Searching online for a manual or guide on how to use this software has proven to be futile, so am hoping for some guidance here instead. Thanks!

Any review for onyx pro or selenite pro?

any idea where to get silicone keyboard cover for illegear prodigy? I've also been struggling to find a briefcase to fit the size of it. Tried Zara Bags but they don't seem to fit

Max CPU temperature under extreme load : 90 to 95C
Max GPU temperature under extreme load: 70 to 75C
(or equivalent to continuous gaming on AAA titles for an hour and above)

Normal CPU temperature under load: 85 to 90C
Normal GPU temperature under load: 65 to 70C
(or equivalent to gaming for less than an hour)













SELENITE PRO has slightly better cooling due to its size.

Nice, is there any real life photo for selenite pro?

Anyone here who owns Selenite with 9750H, 2060 and the 63whr battery pack able to comment on battery life?

I'm only able to get 2 hours with full battery savings (min birightness, -200mv undervolt etc) so i thought i drop by and see what others get. C states are absolute garbage...not getting past C3 at all and using up to 15w idling on battery

Also Illegear...why u release new Selenite i just got mine and one with a bigger battery appears...

Noticed this as well...yet to find out the cause. Try setting power saver mode in Windows and also in Intel Graphics Command Center

Everything is on power saver mode

I'm sending my unit in sometime this week for a keyboard backlight issue. Thinking it may be a bios issue. A clean windows install didnt do anything to lower power draw
