when it happened in the beginning, the message appeared is memory management. not sure whether the other bsod prompted the same error after that. just to add on, i had to reset my laptop yesterday as windows failed to boot normally. today, the bsod happened again while i was trying to installed some applications, twice. but never had a chance to read the error message as the laptop booted too fast.

Yes, the Malaysia Day promo is still available but some of the configurations are running low in stock, particularly the ones with RTX GPUs. Kindly refer to the available promotions on our online store here http://store.illegear.com/

Kindly note that undervolting will not void the laptop smile.gif For our laptops, the RAM, HDD, SSD, SSHD, wireless card as well as the warranty duration can be upgraded in the future after laptop purchase is made. Kindly note that opening the back panel of the laptop to upgrade/service/replace the components inside will not void the warranty of the laptop~

Hi 5p3ak,

Our onsite service only covers KL/PJ for now. For other areas, we will have to do onsite pickup and return.

Any news or you need to wait for the incoming stock to verify?

Sorry for the late response. You don't need to sacrifice 2.5" SATA for 63Wh big battery on LAGUNA SE.

Laguna SE don't have Optimus though, which means that battery life will be worse than other models with 63Wh battery upgrade and similar specs
