The RAVEN SE comes with 60Hz display as a default but if you're looking for a laptop with a higher refresh rate, I would recommend either the RAVEN SE-R or the new LAGUNA SE smile.gif

Here's a picture of the charger: https://imgur.com/Nlb1VlK However the dimension varies according to the power adapter's wattage, depending on the GPU selected for your configuration.

The sRGB 100% is usually recommended for designers because of the wider color gamut, that is correct smile.gif

Here's a helpful explanation in regards to the single channel vs dual channel configuration: https://beebom.com/single-channel-vs-dual-channel-memory/

Hi aizverus

Since the machine is made-to-order basis, we will need some time to customize the laptop according to the specs chosen. ETA for the order to be ready is 7-14 working days for normal orders and 5-7 working days for rush orders.

Once the assembly has been completed, you may collect the order on our Oval Damansara HQ or opt for delivery; either by using our official delivery partner (same day delivery, within Klang Valley) or via courier (GDEX for both West and East Malaysia).

May I get your specs to check? We might have a ready stock available for you actually, depending on the specs chosen. You may PM me/WhatsApp our Sales Line directly at 018-6648599 to enquire in regards to the availability, will assist accordingly biggrin.gif

save budget.. huhu
deduct rm180 from original price
maybe upgrade later. focus more on cpu gpu 1st
16gb ram free is advantage
because if can, budget below rm3700ish

but you can't buy a good 512GB NVMe SSD for RM180, not even double the price

Hi aizverus, usually we would recommend opting for the regular 512GB SSD that we offer as standard configuration as the 512GB SSD would have a much larger storage space and also faster read/write speed. However, it would still be your decision for the configuration on the storage space for the Raven SE.

something just happened to my raven's hinge. like it snapped? was using on lap, maybe I was holding it in the air with two hands having fun with the screen being lose and then heard a pop. any advice? i closed the laptop lid and can't open it anymore without the screen bezal poping off.

EDIT: So since the front screen bezal was popping off already, I gentle pulled it off completely and found my problem. Basically the left hinge is screwed in by 4 screws into plastic. Special screws are used I must add. Not just regular philips. But I guess my usage has caused the plastic to give up. So now I have a Raven with a busted left hinge and a tiny pile of broken off black plastic bits and since I live in Penang with no plans of traveling to KL anytime soon have no idea what to do.
