Promised to delivery next day, investigate, 3-5 day cancellation, bla bla bla. Processed cancellation 3 times. Very hard to reach customer service agents. Item still there and no refund. Because of one small item, they will lose a buyer. Now 95% of purchases i made recently have gone over to Shopee. I think i have given them enough time.  |
