My family parcel also got stuck at Puchong but their order got update depart from logistics facility yesterday. Also my another parcel also went through there but got processed in 3 days. Will i ever get my parcel?

The one stuck in Puchong seems have to wait ler.

On the other note, it seems like LEX is also working today. I just saw my item stuck since 14 July is out for delivery today.

Still got another item which didn’t delivery successfully, still in warehouse or something, waiting for them to delivery again.

Depend on luck, they got 2 batch, midnight/morning reached and out of delivery, or afternoon reached and out of delivery.

Afternoon one will be third-party responsible for it, because it is after 3PM reached, which is nearly off work for official LEX postmen.
So if morning third-party delivery very quick, then afternoon will be also out of delivery la.

The only problem is third-party might not keep apps running in foreground(they might trust on Google Map/Waze more), so you can't have nearly real-time GPS update la.

it seems all option to cancel the order is taken away. no way to cancel the order if the delivery not meeting the agreed date..

worst is the system prolong the get date if it cannot meet the original get date...

When i contact the customer service, they paste me template saying couriers are given ADDITIONAL 15 days from the 'shipped' date to deliver the parcel.

Mine stuck at Puchong since 8th. This morning suddenly got update already arrive at logistics facility in my area and out for delivery.

It was transferred back into my account within 1-2 days.
