Finally got my not sent out order auto cancel by system few day after last get by date. Still waiting for fund to appear in wallet. Will automatically get back the voucher used for order or have to ask CS or no hope to get back lazada voucher?

Is there anyone parcel still at logistic puchong without movement for 6 days? Anyone know what is happening?

Yes LEX working at my location. Got an update this morning stated that 1 of my order out for delivery.

I had 1 order going through Puchong, I think it was a few days back. It wasn't stuck at Puchong for long, however it got stuck at the hub near my place.

They do work on Saturdays as well.

1 parcel from puchong got delivered today (item from china).

But this 1 local parcel stays at puchong hub like forever.

So why both parcel that goes through same hub, got different treatment?

Maybe lack of manpower.

The one yesterday didn’t manage to deliver, no status today.
And of course no status for the other order that is stuck since 14 July.

Now I have two options: go out and buy from computer shops, reject the LZ parcels later.

Gonna have to wait till Monday. Not sure Sunday working or not. Mostly they don't come on Sunday. Like when reach nearby hub on Saturday then Sunday skip then Monday come.

I didn't ask the courier why parcel stuck so long. Very shy to ask.

I assumption is it’s congestion.

They no longer able to clear the parcels by addresses/dates.

They now probably can deliver one then count one.

My julies stuck with Puchong since 8th July finally got delivered YTD, while I have other items also passing through Puchong but got delivered earlier than that.

Yeah no updates. Hopefully Monday got movements. I guess I shall wait patiently.
