hi guys, i need help/advise.

i make an order on 5th July 2019, bought a microsoft surface pro 6 under tesco seller. I received notification email on my order.

After few days, i still haven't received my parcel (expected since stated in the email, delivery will be between 8-11 July). However, what worry me, when i look at "my order", i couldn't find that order in my folder. Payment has been completed which my cc has been charged. Is it normal?

The fucking robot customer care doesn't help me on this, which i believe my case is not ordinary.

I just make another purchase, buying a printed about half an hour ago. That order do appear in "my order" list.

economy and standard also the same speed, estimate delivery time also over the due date [late few days later]-no more fun buying from china.
lesapda delivery now delivers from mon-fri, sat is off day.

Is there Lazada in other SEA countries?

I already said, since the deliver speed is so long, might as well buy from ali express if it's cheaper there

I had 4 orders place on Jun 18th, 2 orders were using standard delivery and 1 was using economy delivery and 1 cancel by seller. For the 2 orders (standard delivery) from different seller, I don't know why one of it split the order into 2 shipment. Majority delivery on 25th Jun but the split order was late until 2th July received. The economy one until now also not yet delivered. Still had big gap between standard and economy.

Use Lazada just because the return issue if anything happen to product. Much more easy return and refund for those oversea product. Ali express need to count in currency exchange from time to time.

I order bed frame from lazada, the J&T truck missed my shipment. Later they sent by wira car. I dont care as long the item safely arrive

The RM5 goes into your wallet. There's no voucher per se. But in the wallet history, it shows as a rebate voucher for RM5.
