Type 'live agent' to chat with CS in the app then u won't chat with the robot anymore 😅

I bet they ported live chat app from Taobao, which share the same boss with lazada.
In taobao live chat app, you need to type "live agent" in mandarin in order to talk with real person.

anyone know where collect voucher for maybank wed lazada discount?
i see on web there are collection for the voucher on 9-10july but i cant locate it
i only manage grab coupon for discount on 12july.

use your mobile to collect it, your desktop pc will not display it.

but i search everywhere only have the voucher for 12july...

fyi, i using apple phone
so once enter,i press the voucher tab at the bottom
inside only show voucher for 12july.

U mean they allow u to withdraw for cancelled order which paid by lazada wallet which top up by credit card?

In the wallet only can withdraw from refund amount. The deposit and rebates amount seem can not. So your amount stuck in which type?

Regarding the so call "new Economy shipping" method, it is way too long to delivery if buy oversea product (eg. ship from China). So buyer should alert on this. If urgent needed goods should not pick this type of shipping method.

Some said Shopee offer fast shipping for those oversea products. But always remember what you buy and what you paid. Shopee still hold very tight on the minimum purchase which normal day RM40 or event day RM25~RM35. But in Lazada you can combine total 3 items from global collection (different seller) straight away to enjoy free shipping from China even those products total value less than RM1. This kind of free shipping will not appear in Shopee forever.
