the good thing about lazada is, if something is wrong.. ie product damaged whatsoever, you dont have to deal with the seller.. Just fill out a return form and return the product to Lazada, not to the seller ... the return form is already there (I'm not going to give you a tutorial here.. google or just chat with them if u dont know what to do).

I feel sorry for you. I also had experienced receiving damaged items and returned it back to lazada and immediately approved a refund. As for you, maybe you can try file a dispute with consumer tribunal ..

packed doesnt means item has been packed. It means, seller has seen ur order and confirm ur purchase. Depending on how good the seller is, the seller may start to pack ur item immediately, or much2 letter like a week, or until the order expired.

I always buy from china seller like this.. it got among the cheapest price and it got no review at all.. So far, I get the items as it is supposed to be. And there's one time, there's no one in shopee/lazada selling the product that I was looking for except this one seller from china, and the product got no review at all, and it costs me rm350. Hoewever, in the end, I got lucky again. Satisfied with the product..

anyone got item stuck in delivery by lel express? i heard, lel express workers are having "mogok", dont want to deliver.. Arghh.. my product stuck for a few days already. Not moving anywhere..
