What is my best option to return and get a refund?
1. Reject the parcel when the delivery guy contacts me as suggested by lazada order page


2. Go through the request for return procedure and send back the unopened parcel to seller (if approved)?
3. Any other option? Seller is not responding to chat (maybe Sunday).

Those who don't work on Sat n Sun but put office address kantoi?

If 24hr, that's definitely ok. I mean, people sometimes put office address because they have nobody at home to receive parcel from Mon to Fri. For Sat, it's a risk they take if they are not working on Sat. Between not able to receive the parcel at office on Sat (one day) and not able to receive the parcel on Mon-Fri (five days), I guess it's a better choice to put office address.

I bought a fridge and refrigerator before. One or both of them was/were delivered by Poslaju using those big lorry. That was in 2018 and not in KV.

Hi all, I just dropped off a return item at Mail Box. After a while, I received SMS and email from Ninja about it (processed).
Then, I saw that they refunded to lzd wallet. I paid using wallet, bought from LazMall seller.

Q1. Why did they refund me before the return parcel is received by them? I'd expect them to refund after checking the item.

Q2. If, say I cocked up and forgot to include the item in the package, or they discover item is not fit to be resold, what happens to the refund if I have used all the wallet money to buy another thing?

Q3. What happens to the returned item? Resold or considered write off? Sometimes they come in sealed box, which obviously is unsealed now

Guys, when i dropped my return parcel (purchased from Lazmall seller) at Mail Box, the refund process started right after the MBE worker scanned my return parcel.

Is it the same when we drop it at Poslaju? Or do we need to wait until parcel reaches destination?

Not from my experience. I once had a few hundred stuck inside after a seller cancelled my order. No option to withdraw.

Someone has said that if you pay with non-wallet and you choose to refund to wallet, then baru can withdraw.

I had an order cancelled, by a Lazmall seller no less, because apparently they didn't have stock. I got no compensation for opportunity cost because the seller informed me one day after the sales day.

Scrapping SV scheme doesn't seem to prevent all those occurrences that warranted granting of SV.

The 11% discount when paying with wallet, how do we tell which products are applicable? Is it indicated by "get RM30 instant cashback" on product page?
I don't want to top up my wallet, only to find my cart products don't qualify.

I purchased a fridge and washing machine from Lzd before, but not Techmall. Both were flawless because the packaging were not opened before (new sealed units). I messaged both sellers to give me new units.

In my case, the packaging looked "factory specced".

IINM, this needs to have "Laz TREATS" shown on product page before you can use. If you click the "use now" button on the voucher (located under My Voucher), it'll display a list of eligible items. Click on one item and go to the store. You'll see all of them have this Laz Treats logo.

I wouldn't top up if I were you. This voucher has product limitation.

Don't make the same mistake like me. I topped up a few hundred because I wanted to avoid payment delay when using CC as the items I was eyeing were low in number. KNN, didn't manage to grab them at midnight (OOS damn fast) and now the few hundred bucks is stuck and so far none of my other products in cart qualifies for the RM30/RM150.

From my understanding, if you top up, you can't withdraw. You can only withdraw if your purchase was paid with non-Wallet and you choose to refund to wallet. According to Lzd expert here BenYeeHua (spelling?), in my case, I can either slowly spend it or kolos account to withdraw the money.
