Lazada is slow this sales.

Unfortunately that's how it is. Sellers oversell their products. I had 1 sold by Lazada themselves a handphone cancelled by them after 3 weeks. Another by official Sandisk keep delaying until near next sales and tell me I will get slightly different product 2 weeks after that next major sales I feel they were unprofessional delaying me I asked lazada to cancel.

Normally Lazada cancels by 3 weeks but during mco lazada don't wish to cancel. Seller don't wish to cancel but giving me a different product by maybe 1.5 months? I cannot accept a different product if they don't cancel. That one I was very disappointed in lazada support and sandisk chat. They forced me to cancel.

Mine has been stuck at "depart from Puchong" for one day already. There must be some severe logistical issues with LEL if you guys are having same issue for so many days. 

I've never experienced delays that led to cancellation before. When does the auto-cancellation happen?

Basically for 1 free shipping issue every week (and you can actually hoard the voucher till next week if you claim them later rather than right after it refresh).

As for Hero voucher, this is like a bonus issue for suscribed member, be it with very limited quota. You need to camp at 7:59 and see your luck if can snatch the voucher (typically once you success to claim for day 1, day 2 will become harder as it will get greyed out for you and you need to spend extra time to refresh at 8PM sharp to claim on day 2 (instead of camp and wait inside the page)). Nonetheless, you can still try everyday till the last day of your member expiry despite it's greyed out (just that like I said, you're at a disadvantage if its greyed out).

This Hero voucher is considered payment method voucher and can stack with those platform voucher you get above. Technically speaking, if you able to get and use more than 4 of these Hero vouchers, you already recuperate the initial RM25 member fee (but from personal experience, 2nd week onwards it can get harder to redeem and the 4th week it can be the hardest; my 1st week I manage to get 3 of it out of 6 days of trying, yet now on 2nd week I've tried for 4 days only succeed once).

TL;DR,

Don't claim your weekly voucher too quickly if you have no intention to use them yet; wait till only 1 or 2 days left only claim them, then you can carry them forward to next week.

The hero voucher is participate-able everyday despite it's greyed out for you after you gotten it the day before; you need to enter 8PM sharp (it got refreshed) and try your luck.

Lastly, the easiest way to utilise those RM10 (99 min) or RM25 (250 min) are paying your bills (for Sabah & Sarawak can use to pay electric bill, for West Malaysia most probably Celcom and unifi the biggest bet).

Enter the page at 8:00 sharp.

Cause by tomorrow, you can see it got greyed out for you the whole day till 8PM, then only the page got refreshed and the collect button is clickable. Though personally I never tried if the page will refresh by itself if we're waiting with greyed-out page, so I'm sticking to enter 8PM sharp trick. If you're ambitious perhaps can camp from 7:59 and see if the page will auto-refresh for you.

Failed to collect means the voucher had ran out.

Yeah, the hero voucher will last into the night of next day. So if you don’t utilise it before 8PM, you can’t redeem for a new one.

Q2: of course you can’t, hero voucher is a payment method discount voucher which only give discount when you use Lazada wallet to checkout; in Lazada you can stack one platform, one payment method, one free shipping and one shop’s discount voucher (if applicable).
