Yup, what I get after writing: 1. my parcel is still within get by date, which I already know 2. Lazada hopes my order doesn't get cancelled because they can't deliver on time. Topkek.

I'm experiencing the same as the video owner below. Besides contacting lzd, is there anything I should do? Z0gF_CApC78

Senior Member 4,952 posts Joined: Jul 2010	Guys, to return items that have 15 days return period under "change of mind", we aren't supposed to click "Order Received", else cannot initiate return. I have an item to return but I can only drop off next week. 1) can i initiate return today but only drop off say 7-8 days later? 2) will the system automatically change status to "order accepted" and release the payment if I don't initiate return within certain period of time?

It should already charged on your card once you placed the order. 1) that's the thing. It's not stated anywhere the deadline to drop off. 2) I mean, my order status becomes "received" if I do nothing, just like shopee. This is something new in Lzd. In the past, we automatically had 15 days from parcel delivered date to initiate return. Update: just checked my order details. It's stated order will be confirmed received after 15 days.

Other sellers by default only 4 days but you can extend to 7 days by click the 'Extend' button beside 'Order Received' once delivered For 1), I think my order is not applicable as it's Lazmall seller. Upon initiating return, there was no need to wait for seller's approval - straight away asked me to drop off. This is where the gray area is, wrt how many days limit to drop off. I was surprised Lzd approved the refund the moment I dropped off at j&t, no need to wait till seller received the parcel.
