Placed order for an item on Thursday.

Received said item on Saturday

But Lazada app didnt update status after showing "Item Packed, pending handover to courier."

Now after 4 days Lazada canceled said order "Due to slow fulfilment" and refunded money back to me. Kesian the seller also don't know what happened.

Seller now contact me to bank in through his account.

Advisable?


(Lazada got warning before dont do any transactions outside of apps )

Don't do any transaction outside of laz is to protect consumer in case the item didn't reach and seller is a scammer. If u received the item and u absolutely confirm nothing is wrong with it, then should be fine.

My 6.6 item through Flash My is still stuck. Arrive at delivery center on 9.6 until today no movement of delivery. Already gone over first due date now on extended due date. Today already 15th no movement still

all the best. my delivery date changed twice and thrice when lazada used flash express for my last 2 orders.
Now I damn scared of ordering perishables from Lazada. Best express just changed the delivery date. There goes my coffee bean
Next order will definitely go back to shopee.

Speakless to NinjaVan live chat or NINJACHAT, it connect me to live chat agent, but I can't send anything to agent, so the system hang and disallow me doing anything, including finding another agent lol.

Prefer the old webpage system, at least it works, but I failed to change address that time la.

A bit not related to lazada, but BEST EXPRESS is busy for Taobao 6.1 sale right now, so better don't purchase too much from Taobao/Tmall during 6.18, else you gonna regret it.

What did he reply ? didn't saw because not collecting 30-5.
Only saw same comment saying slow delay , as usual , we all know laz always got delay.

The best way is to show us the clock Through web https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/malaysia/kuala-lumpur like how they show us the spin live online or product on webpage.
Provide us the time , so we know how much delay each user get.
Host can even said it out by telling us "Now my time is 10:??:?? second ticking" so we can estimate the time delay.

same name ? i did saw sometimes got same people name collect 2 to 3 times before any many live show.
