I plan to get an android tv box from oversea , china.
Not to say urgent , I saw some said takes months.Standard would be faster ?
About the warranty , as seller mention no warranty.If receive a faulty unit , what are the process to claim ? hard to claim back ?
Need to pay laz for shipping ?

Ok , but as your experience , 14days it's count by when I receive the product or count from when seller shipped out and reach to malaysia ?
Did I miss something ? the rm1111 where can i find? what to watch ?
Since when they have bank voucher? i didn't see.

14 days.If after 14days , consider sold no return , will think about it , adding all would be rm200 .Quite a risk to me 14days warranty.

Any voucher code on the video ?

I just hope there will be a new e-commerce website which defeat the purpose of voucher.

A new e-commerce with just a 7-10 free shipping 5kg which can carry forward to next month and with only 1% commission for buyer is enough.
Store Voucher only.Depends , Platform Sales day voucher universal even 5% cap RM15 also can.No need complicated

I did mention on shop voucher.

If merchant willing to reduce the price or give out shop voucher , buyer will probably go for it.At the listing there is popular and low price categories listing.
Depends on buyer , we will choose who is the cheapest to popular.
In low rate vendors willing to lower the price or giving out better own vendor voucher , i don't see it as a problem.

Rather now , is so complicated.
As for me , turning me down is shipping fee.Some less than 100gram micro sdcard cost RM4.80 for shipping while the price is less than rm30 for 32GB last time.

I am not expert , maybe will have a separate discussion on it.Today sales day , i guess will be some issue on banking or voucher or payment at 12am.Hopefully not , because every year sure got issue.I use to avoid trouble if the product i buy is expensive or voucher is too low discount.

I will choose laz for security than shope.At lease they didn't request so much stuff on wallet.

If you save once , even once before and remove , there is possible they have your info.

Make sure your product did get successfully paid.If not , call or cs chat on laz.

It happen quite sometime , your payment went through , bank cc haven't update your payment and your laz purchase not listed.
but after 1 hours like 1am-2am , you'll see your item on purchase.If not check your laz email.

I also quite surprise , 04 sec can add to card and payment successfully on 35 sec.I don't know how fast a person ca be.TnG Wallet priority first ?

why laz no more 7-11 payment ?

7-11 cannot track identity ? I don't understand , it's under your name and account , address also , without that you can't choose 7-11 payment.
Is it good to hold the stock rather than reject your stock ? .Later after payment and after seller post , buyer cancel.Seller lost more.
Laz can also set how long 7-11 hold stock , within 1hour or 2 or 12 hours also can do.Depends whether they want or not.

I am not sure about booking but normally it's possible for last 11.11
So does pending order also consider holding stock ? I see after purchase order the pending still there.
