I did a online return request and went direct to their dispute group. After that went outstation for 2 days and didn’t check email. When comeback, dispute team said the dispute was rejected because insufficient info. Since then, is nightmare. Lazada said cannot reopen case since its rejected, asked to contact seller and skynet directly. Seller and Skynet asked to contact Lazada. So, I am squeezed by all 3 parties, and cannot move forward.

So, to answer zeese question; haven’t got to the stage of return form.

Any other options to get info to Lazada management to open case?

I feel sorry for you. I also had experienced receiving damaged items and returned it back to lazada and immediately approved a refund. As for you, maybe you can try file a dispute with consumer tribunal ..

Lazada had changed return process d. Now only MALL and overseas sellers item return to Lazada. Other normal sellers is return direct to seller (also using same procedure but not lazada warehouse address).
seller may reject return upon receiving item and then only lazada will step-in to decide whose fault
