Hi Lazada buyers,
Need help. I received a damaged good and Lazada, seller and Skynet sort of pointing fingers to each other and aski me contact the other party, in order for the damaged good to be return (and subsequent refund).
Do you have Lazada contact (other then their usual customer care, telephone, Chatline)? Need to escalate to someone inside Lazada, so that they understand, what their customer is facing when there is an issue.

Lazada said cannot reopen case since its rejected, asked to contact seller and skynet directly. Seller and Skynet asked to contact Lazada. So, I am squeezed by all 3 parties, and cannot move forward. So, to answer zeese question; haven’t got to the stage of return form. Any other options to get info to Lazada management to open case?
