I bought a hard disk during 8.8 but till today the item still not ship out. Is this kind of case can complain to Lazada? What I can do?

Do you usually get notification right after they deliver? My LEX since for long time now they will write coming to deliver to you right now at 8~10pm then few mins later says successful delivery. But truth is its delivered at around 2~5pm several hours before. I am lucky I know the 2 delivery guys 1 adik always hon bike and wait the other car calls 5 mins before arriving.
