Nothing, 5-7 days(7-9 days for China seller) waiting for seller packed and picked up, then after picked up will be another count for 2 week, more than that will be auto cancel and refund by the system.

Mine has been stuck at "depart from Puchong" for one day already. There must be some severe logistical issues with LEL if you guys are having same issue for so many days.

Then it can be trouble on your area, most of my package are stuck at "arrived at Puchong", as long as it departed, then it will reach Melaka within 1 days, then out of delivery.

If you want me to guess, it can be 2 possible
1. Puchong overloaded, take time to process
2. Your area overloaded, take time to process, they choice to overload Puchong first, as no enough equipment for quick scan, assign and delivery on your area.

Anyways, for me, it can be first, because I tested with 3 orders, 2 together get stuck at Puchong until now, 1 get stuck at custom longer, but, it departed from Puchong then reach Melaka waiting out of delivery today.

Ninjavan is fine, if them overloaded, then they don't pickup anymore(risk of auto cancellation), but once it is picked up, 3 days reach.
For your case, it is both, Puchong overloaded, then your area overloaded, so no message for arrived at "your area".
