no. some sellers are selfish. they see the orders with vouchers and they don't want to ship out but they don't cancel the order immediately. they just leave it there for more than 10 days (some even changed to Packed status but purposely don't ship). I've encountered this few times and am frustrated over this. I could've utilized the vouchers elsewhere if they are not willing to fulfill the order.

Happens quite often with local sellers these past 2 months

Nope, unless it’s store vouchers. The voucher discounts aren’t absorbed by sellers.

BTW deliveries had been great over the past few days. Suspect due to lackluster 8.8 sales. Saw so many people complained deliveries hence I put office address so that I could received in office next week. Instead I had to go to office for 2 days in a row to collect shipment. Everything delivered within 3-4 days after ordering.

I'm not going to buy voucher with money lol. Just complain to KPDNKK if they don't give back the voucher since you pay for it.

any idea how to use this rebate $ in laz ewallet? said selected items and auto use... i try but item... does't deduct at all from the rebates. how to know which items sales is eligible ot use the discounts?

According to the FAQ, it will apply on the check out page.

Weird... I never accumulated so much but the few bucks cashback from paying water bill can be used to reduce top up amount required to purchase item (first used to purchase raisin but refunded after order cancellation. Second time used to pay for pendrive). However you are right about the usage. Somehow the cashback was not used the first purchase of pendrive but worked for the second pendrive ordered from another merchant.

Maybe you can try checkout with these 2 merchants to see if it works.

KNS LEX! Was in the house the whole day. The driver just left my parcel on the gate pillar. No horn, call or anything. Saw something on my pillar when I went outside my porch and realise it's a parcel. Imagine someone pass by can just take it. Who will bear responsibility? LEX will say already deliver ma. 😤😤
