Will  the latest update affect the unit from TM Point(Unifi) ?
Is the TM Point unit a locked unit ?
Thanks.

nah...i dont think tm set will do lock for user..as we ald paid for the modem price when we sign the plan... we like it or not, the modem is user who signed up the day and make the payment...

celcom one is different stories coz ties with 30day return policy and modem contract for 24month & etc tnc smile.gif

Better do now.

Now i just noted, all unlocked celcom set either first barch or moded one are at risk of getting locked. Now the warning spread to all celcom set. GG

I'm just wondering how they managed to specify celcom set only to update rather than the whole 22d.

ya. saw the huawei privacy screenshot by some kena locked they are using IMEI and SN.Celcom should only give those with "locked version" one rather than the first batch unlock. And this is a breach of privacy for those who terminate their contract with celcom dy.

No, it's not. UniFi unit is perfectly fine, not locked to any telco.

Only one reported case by a modder. Possibly the only 65d imei/sn available at celcom list?

So far, no 65d user reporting locked router from the poll conducted at he fb group yet.
