1) i wonder why BMN said reduce 0.25% but some bank only reduce 0.20%
2) Anyone here know how to withdrawn from principle account? need to walk in or?
3) i tried..deposited RM1000 into principle account..but they do charge RM0.50 as assessment fee.. it will become RM999.50. Which mean not multiple x1000 confused.gif

1) This rate is set by the banks themselves without any intervention from BNM and is dependent on the respective banks’ benchmark (internal) cost of funds and liquidity. Although the BR is highly dependent on the OPR where banks will benchmark their Base Rate against the Statutory Reserve Requirement (SRR), banks can revise the Base Rate anytime even if there are no changes to the OPR. https://www.iproperty.com.my/guides/what-to...-home-loan-faq/

what if i bank in rm1000 and deduct the assessment fees of RM0.50

which mean not x1000 right? (RM999.50)

unless have to bank in RM1050 only entitle of x1000
