yala They blame the distributor for what? There a reason why they are called distributor . They only distribute they dont sell.

Shop sell them and they cheat u. Got problem then only u send back to the shop or send to distributor for warranty. Example.

Thats why u go to NCC buy phone they sell at retail price. They encourage ppl to buy from other handphone shop. Nokia distribute and shops help them sell.

Yup, i found that COMSAT & FINAL CHOICE hav bad service too, this are all the staff's attitude problem. Once u send the phone in for them to repair, its either they ask uy to leave the phone for them or they fix for u immediately, but then, if fix immediately , it doesnt mean they fix it nicely, Such as my previous N73ME, i take it back to Final Choice service centre in Parkroyal opposite Sungei Wang, my volume key has problem, so they fix it for me immediately after 2 hours, and u know wats the result? at first the key can be press nicely, the after two days, the problem come back again, i was like, what? is this a curse? hmm.gif

So i went back to them again, from puchong to KL, its a two hours journey for me as i take bus to KL sentral & change to a monorail. It was a waste of my time going there, but no choice. Anyway, here goes, they fix again for me in two hours again, so while i was waiting, they called me, and tell me the volume key is broken and replace for me without charging me. After taking the phone back, the key is fixed, but with a obvious cracking sound. So i bring my dealer to them and my dealer ask them to repair again, and they say its me who misused it, so they start to quarrel, in the end, my phone hav to stay in their office for two weeks! Not two hours now. shakehead.gif

After two weeks, when i take the phone back, everything is fix, but there's a lot of dust inside my camera & LCD, so i ask them y is it like that, and they take my phone and use their FINGER NAIL to take the housing out in front of me and clean it. I was like, listening to the cracking sound with my eyes growing big each time i heard the crack!!! Then i ask them to stop, so i bring back the phone & never go back to the service center anymore! In the end i clean the housing my own, but only the LCD, then camera is too hard to clean i will nid tools to disassemble the whole phone.

This is the most bad experience of AP company i ever had.

And Now, My W910i, N82 are all from HSS which is from sunway, and i trust them as they gives me good service & a wwhole lot 18 months warranty rclxms.gif Besides that, 1wonder oso a good AP company,,, smile.gif

COMSAT is the lousiest . I have almost the same bad experience with my W350! Comsat, you must go bankrupt. They have change to a new office recently but service is still the same.Lousy.
