So i went back to them again, from puchong to KL, its a two hours journey for me as i take bus to KL sentral & change to a monorail. It was a waste of my time going there, but no choice. Anyway, here goes, they fix again for me in two hours again, so while i was waiting, they called me, and tell me the volume key is broken and replace for me without charging me. After taking the phone back, the key is fixed, but with a obvious cracking sound. So i bring my dealer to them and my dealer ask them to repair again, and they say its me who misused it, so they start to quarrel, in the end, my phone hav to stay in their office for two weeks! Not two hours now.
After two weeks, when i take the phone back, everything is fix, but there's a lot of dust inside my camera & LCD, so i ask them y is it like that, and they take my phone and use their FINGER NAIL to take the housing out in front of me and clean it. I was like, listening to the cracking sound with my eyes growing big each time i heard the crack!!! Then i ask them to stop, so i bring back the phone & never go back to the service center anymore! In the end i clean the housing my own, but only the LCD, then camera is too hard to clean i will nid tools to disassemble the whole phone.
This is the most bad experience of AP company i ever had.
And Now, My W910i, N82 are all from HSS which is from sunway, and i trust them as they gives me good service & a wwhole lot 18 months warranty
