Er.. I dun really get it.. Coz tat time i really bought phone and card from comsat, the shop at maluri. I can remember well, it's my first time buying phone. Most zha dou is they said no stock for memory card, so didn't give me.. Though it's just dunno 32mb or 64mb only... And i've to spent additional money for another card. Not to repeat the story of the problem of the card again.. I personally never trust AP phones anymore.

COMSAT is pretty big I think and I expect them to do better than this. Just so you know, take your case to the higher up who will care. If according to them is correct that all SE phone of that model have same problem you would expect Sony Ericsson to make a recall (or to fix for free) of that model but I don't see any Authorized Distributor doing it so they are lying.

Next time, just remember that every Tom, d*** and Harry can import phones, sell it as an AP set it via their own warranty but if your phone happens to be a lemon and needs some major repair than you are out of luck. As only AD can have spare parts, etc blah~ from SE. Most AP companies can only perform simple repairs.

u send to BBS service center or u send to the shop where u buy it? if possible..juz send to AP distributor...nonid send to the shop...BBS service center is at park royal level 1

I also have bad experience with this Comsat when I got my 6600 from them some time in 2005. Got the phone on a Monday for my birthday. Then I notice there are dead pixels on the screen. Go there on Saturday(busy from Monday to Friday), but I was abit late, 5pm+ IIRC. They've already closed. So I went there again on the following Saturday morning. There's one guy sitting behind the counter who's busy playing with this cellphone. I ask him about the phone's problem and he just replied "next door laaa, here is retail. service center few doors away laa" and continued playing with his phone. He didnt even bother to look at me, but nvm la.

Went into the service center and told them about the dead pixel. Then this guy I talked to straightly passed the phone to his colleague and say "phone got problem, go check see". As expected, they pass back the phone to me and tell me there wasnt any problem. He just say the phone can call, can on/off etc etc ie. functioning well. Then I tell them again, the phone is working fine, just the LCD has dead pixels on it, and the warranty card says the LCD is under 1 month warranty.

This is where the problem starts. They refused to change the LCD. They keep saying if the unit is problematic, I should send it back to them on the first week. Then I ask them what's the use of the warranty card? It says the LCD is under 1 month warranty, now you're telling me the warranty is 1 week only? Wasted 1 hour waiting+arguing, so I think, bah! just forget it! From then on, I inform my friends and relatives to beware of AP phones from this company. The end smile.gif

Good feedback? where? I don't think so...Really hate their attitude....n refuse to provide warranty once got problem...

LCD replace nid RM300-RM400, sure they will try not to replace for u if they could...

My fren's phone...firmware..speaker oso got problem....n motherboard too as her uncle said... rclxub.gif &^%&^%&^ COMSAT!!! BAN!!! Or someone else plz lead me to someone who can give better service n will not cheat people..or else..i really hate them n ban them...in my list la... tongue.gif

Bring the case to Consumer Tribunal with a minimal cost of RM5.00 and demand replacement and/or refund as failure of delivering warranty services can be amounting to cheating.

When you go repair the phone, just tell them you will proceed with Consumer Tribunal...Then i think it wouldn't be any problem LoL..

do u try to master reset it??
or u can try to reformat the memory card as well,
but the speaker still hv to claim under warranty....
