 Ap Company, Bad Experience with COMSAT [UPDATED]

My fren bought a W810i from Jusco Maluri, she din't test the phone as she is buying from his uncle in Jusco Maluri, 3 weeks later, when she start to use the Walkman function, while playing the walkman, it will automatically stop with a sentence "Playback Failed" every 2-3 songs, ok another thing is the speaker got problem when it is turn to the loudest, so make sure it is not becoz of the songs quality, she showed me by playing Sony Ericcson Ring Tone, n it comes out very cracky too, must be 2 block b4 loudness, the sound only ok, which is very abnormal as i hav another 2 frens using w810i too.... ok third problem, when using earphone, must turn the volume to fourth block only can hear the music which is very loud ad, when switch to b4 fourth block, no sound at all....

So she ask her uncle to fix it, I asked her to reformat the firmware, so she asked her uncle to do the same with Comsat....so her uncle sent to Comsat n it takes 3 WEEKS time to get back the phone without anything being repaired nor reformat as she still's can find her pervious msg in the phone, n previous setting, all r there! Then her uncle tell her, the motherboard spoilt ad, cannot repair...n say cannot change for her as she had used the phone for 3 weeks ad... doh.gif So my fren took the phone to Comsat Maluri/near to maluri(I'm not sure), my fren told them about the phone's problem, n a guy there tell this :"Oh..it is normal for w810i, the speaker is like dat 1, n the playback fail, every SE phone oso like dat 1 lah, I am using w810i, n i hav many frens using too, all oso like this, not a problem mah..normal lah..."

When my fren told me this, I was like, WTF...If i was there, i would hav F*ck dat guy kaw kaw, trying to cheat a noob buyer...as i was too busy to accompany her to there....never knew dat Comsat Provide such service!

Do not buy any phone from COMSAT, if not, u buy it now, regret later!!!!!! They won't repair ur phone! doh.gif

COMSAT in the BAN list now...

I'm very doubtful about her uncle too, as he sells a 2 months old phone to her as a new phone...anyway...COMSAT is still hav no rights to give such services as the warranty is still there!

Comsat changed the motherboard for my fren ad, finish it within 1 hour, my fren wasn't sure wat had happen to that SAME guy who kept on refusing to change the motherboard for her last time, but this time, dat guy din't ask much, just take the phone n asked my fren to come back in hour time, so they changed the mothervaord in hour time n gav back to my fren, thumbup.gif

I wonder y, izit becoz of this thread? The boss saw this topic ad? Or someone know Comsat n tell Comsat about this case? If yes, then I have something to tell Comsat,
To Comsat, u did a great job, but u left a very bad impression to me, I wont buy from u in the future.... sad.gif

No..her uncle not working in COMSAT, but her uncle sold her a recon set as a new set(when she got the phone, the warranty only hav 10months left), I told her about it, but she say it is ok, she believe her uncle...ask me not to make this thing more serious... rclxub.gif

Mmm...will do one day, she has been the her uncle n the COMSAT quite some time, she's feeling helpless at all, well..I promise to accompany her to COMSAT one day and find back that CONMAN...

Weekend COMSAT got operate or not?

Not talk to me....but my fren, aiyuh, when they sell phone sure very frenly one(where got people sell phone with bad attitude, who's gonna buy from them?), but once got problem, they will try to avoid/ignore it...I really hate these peoples... icon_rolleyes.gif

I already told her not to buy from outside, buy from my fren is safer, but she seems like believe her uncle more than my fren, anyway, but buy from her uncle consider safer for HER, but who knows her uncle is like dat 1... rclxub.gif

Then I ask them what's the use of the warranty card? It says the LCD is under 1 month warranty, now you're telling me the warranty is 1 week only? Wasted 1 hour waiting+arguing, so I think, bah! just forget it! From then on, I inform my friends and relatives to beware of AP phones from this company. The end smile.gif

LCD replace nid RM300-RM400, sure they will try not to replace for u if they could...

My fren's phone...firmware..speaker oso got problem....n motherboard too as her uncle said... rclxub.gif &^%&^%&^ COMSAT!!! BAN!!! Or someone else plz lead me to someone who can give better service n will not cheat people..or else..i really hate them n ban them...in my list la... tongue.gif

I experienced it, but i checked on the spot..so they change to new set to me...it is Action in sungei wang opposite Famous Amos...
