socar soooo sohai nowadays. last used it end last year when encounter the petrol card was rejected at the pump, believe the card is not paid by them.

when rent Passat from cyberjaya on another occasion, the car was not service and already exceed about 6k km mileage from recommended service mileage.

call them and socar said they will service. but when read the review of the unit, people already inform them the last 4-5 month ago. surprisingly socar really work this way.

Unless they have agreement with manufacture. <but less likely.

If they didt service, ts should link this issue to jpj as they oversight this issue.

That's the point. If car didn't service properly also can pass 1 year twice puspakom, then jpj should investigate.

iinm Puspakom only care about car integrity, ie chasis intact and etc..
not the normal servicing like change engine oil etc

yes, after service technician will reset the service reminder through laptop plug into obd port
