The last and only time i used socar, i tried to use their fuel card but it failed so i needed to pay with own money first. I only got the refund after the promised 7-10 working days but at least i got my money back

That time i also checked their fb, circa january 2019 and previous months also lotssss of complaints from users. Like cannot call customer service when car can't unlock but money deducted from card, and also lot of users got summons (monthsss after their rental) but when asked for proof, they don't want to give.

Unauthorized card charge is the worst. I saw your screenshot, I can only seethe when I see them say '"we succesfully charge your card" and "thank you for your payment" like what the feesh...

I still believe the service is convenient for lots pf people whenever one needs to rent a car at a moment's notice or when car in workshop etc. but this scamming tactic really won't work for long la... i really hope they'll get their lesson one way or another..

yeah, i learned my lesson not to tie with a credit card. tie with a debit card and put RM50 in everytime required. Although is troublesome but it save all this hassle.
