did you check the temp?
Were you using it while chargin of was it on sleep?

MIne would be warm, but not hot.

The only time it gets hot is when i play pokemon-go, especially gym battles.

I cant remember the temp, will post later, so we can compare, maybe others had monitored as well?

Do check on cpu and battery temperature. I use the app called "cpu thermometer"

If you are worrying on the hot temp and not using the phone, use normal 2A charger to charge it. It will take 2hours to fully charge but safe to your battery. Electrical fundamental, higher current input will create more heat energy.

Basically we logged in to Huawei’s site for nearly the entire month of March then we redeemed a RM300 voucher. Mine expired yesterday laugh.gif

Do you mean this site?
https://shop.huawei.com/my/

I just try login and go check voucher section. It's empty.
What I need to do in order to get this cash voucher? Login everyday? blink.gif

It was a campaign in March, basically they asked you to check in daily to collect points and with 28 points you get a RM300 voucher. The campaign is over though but if you look around in Shopee you can see similar deals or even better ones, if you don’t mind unsealed sets.

According to the specs on paper, both should technically support the same LTE speeds.

Called both Digi and Huawei already

Digi said tower repair. Ask me use OOKLA speed test app to test, but the result show around 10Mbps for both upload & download speed. Is it low?

Huawei still investigate, said will get back to me. Asked me to reset networks setting etc. Still 4G
