QUOTE(Justice195 @ Apr 18 2019, 07:36 AM) Called both Digi and Huawei already Is it really that crucial though? For me 4G is fast enough Digi said tower repair. Ask me use OOKLA speed test app to test, but the result show around 10Mbps for both upload & download speed. Is it low? Huawei still investigate, said will get back to me. Asked me to reset networks setting etc. Still 4G |

Yes support but Malaysia limited location can get due to diff bandwidth of 4G+ by Telco. I got mine on Maxis nearby I city Shah Alam. Anyway regardless 4G/4G+, Malaysia telco reception speedtest always lowest compare to if u test your phone in oversea.

I think it's a phone issue. Previously in my P20 Pro, 4G+ practically everywhere. But now with my Mate 20 X, like you guys, I see 4G.

Honest idea.
No need to really care its have + or non. If the speed just 5m,10m. You get + or not doesnt matter any more... The point is get 4g with real 4g speed like 20m,30m+ |

My speedtest result:-
4G around 15mbps to 20 mbps 4G+ around 25 mbps not even close to 30 mbps. Compare to Singapore 4G test..... even above 100mbps easily. Malaysia want to get 5G in next two years. Come on..... 4G so lousy..... how to expect to get good 5G? QUOTE(josh5671 @ Apr 18 2019, 09:02 AM) |

And we yet mention the 4g coverage lol Like yesterday, in my home, my phone decide drop 4g switch to h+ even it is 4g area... This post has been edited by josh5671: Apr 18 2019, 11:11 AM |

Finally got reply from huawei
According to them, Mate 20 & P30 Series phone users will face this issue due to new bandwidths use by phone manufacturers and outdated telecoms towers. While the connection speed, it will depend on the package taken & offer by telco Like mine, Data is infinite but speed is cap at 10Mbps according to Digi This post has been edited by Justice195: Apr 18 2019, 06:17 PM |
