Need help. Using same email account for my unifi bebas (using my own IC) and my dad's home phone (Telekom). Now, I have problems trying to see the usage details and pay my dad's phone. [when setting up to pay my dad's home phone, I had to use his IC as phone/contract under his name]

Besides doing jompay for my dad's house phone (which I can't see the details of the phone usage), where can I pay and see the details (need to see usage details as Telekom ever con us by charging for calls we never made)? The only login I can see is under (https://mobile.unifi.com.my/customer/starthere) but it doesn't seem to be the correct site as they are rejecting me.

I can't use myunifi apps either because they want access to my phone's details, name IC which will not match my dad's particulars for his Telekom home phone cry.gif

i just got my unifi prepaid sim for free, i think this is the most value for money prepaid at the moment, no expiry as long as you keep it active, good to have it as a spare or standby line in case your main line has no coverage, it's celcom line and has good coverage, certainly better than digi or tunetalk in terms of coverage

Same here. Just got my bebas prepaid sim today. So far ok la, but am unimpressed with the DL/UL speed that I'm getting. Celcom 4g is waaay faster at same location and using the same phone as hotspot.

I guess it has some sort of speed restricting for hotspot sharing.

Yes, I did some further reading and I think so too. If I'm not mistaken, tethering of any unlimited data plan is capped at 7 or 8 Mbps. Do correct me if I'm wrong.

All unlimited add-ons are capped at 7+Mbps, whether you tethering or not.

thx for your help

if what you meant by ookla is speedtest.net, i'm not so sure why some people say its showing fake result and yet they manage to be the most famous speedtest platform in the world

that speedtest.com.sg that you used, is actually using Ookla (written on their page as we can see), but they just use 1 server which is the NewMedia Express SG server, unlike the speedtest.net it will detect the best ping for you when it is on auto, and many different servers in different countries if you choose it manually

these are taken next after each other, given how not stable is GSM/LTE based of internet, i think the difference is just normal
