But if this promo without a free weekly again, the monthly cost is RM80..

Maybe after you finish 3g/lte quota (that column, but NOT another column with only LTE), your data totally cannot use anymore.
Unless you change network to Unifi mobile, then it will consume the data quota of LTE ONLY.

I am using on Samsung for now. So it i change network to unifi mobile but my location dont have 4g coverage, means i cant use data as well right?

I think 4G roaming only working at place outside unifi mobile own coverage. It selected celcom 4G tower allowing unifi 4G roaming.

dont make sense place with unifi mobile own coverage will roaming to celcom 4G too.
