Hi. This is regarding unifi mobile prepaid with the 2GB free data.
Anyone facing issue where accessing a simple app or webpage get 10MB deducted?

E.g., i just turn on mobile data, access the unifi@mobile app, and turn off mobile data, this will get 10MB deducted from the final balance.

Every time I turn on data, tap on whatsapp and that is 10MB gone. Anyone else facing same issue?

Tested with normal data (free + 2gb add-on) .. I don't need much data so never buy any unlimited data promotion.

Lol, that's why no cap speed. Free data/normal addon is limited, so they want you to finish quickly so that you can buy unlimited data which is capped.

I replied to the question whether using celcom apn instead of unifi apn will cap the speed, so that was my answer, seems no cap when on celcom apn.

I also faced this issue "data deduction" with #bebas. But, i never get data "return / reward". Many data was gone, just awhile.  Is not as data as per usage.

where did u guys buy the reload for unifi prepaid?? What should I tell the store keeper? All this while reloading online.
