Is there any way to change postpaid plans or switch to prepaid?

I'm on postpaid 39 and don't use much nowau.

i think it will serve u well.. as long u stay in their coverage.. u could set the phone/mifi to 4g only, so that it won't eat ur 3g quota (celcom 3g roam)..

some would do speedtest once in a while, juz to make the line active.. remember to use some bits of data in 90 days.. do something good, something bad, or a bit of both as star lord said.. huhuhu..

Can I buy more than 1 of this call addon? Eg. do I get 2 free if purchase 2 times?

Only for those who have received the SMS. But then my Bebas unlimited only expire after 6 Aug, so why they bother to send me the SMS. Waste my time.

Comm pass 60 mins .. yes, can buy multiple times within the promotion periods i.e now until 11.59 pm tomorrow.

Only problem is how to buy when unable to open mobile@unifi app ??

But I'm having this issue since 7.00 am .. the promo sms came after 2.00 pm .. something to do with their server not the promo I believe.

Ya, sounds good to me and I just got my simcard today. Is there a way to check when the line is expiring, I.e the T&C states it will be valid for 5 days from activation, but I cant see a date from the app stating it will expire by x date x time. Does it mean I have to monitor it myself? Count by heart?

Yes.. pay RM7 get 60 mins + another 60 mins on 8/8, no expiry as long as your line is active.

Personally I don't trust unifi promo due to hassle to get them to fulfil their promise but I did buy RM7 for 60 mins comm pass for my sister as her current quota is 5 mins left, so will see on 8/8 whether unifi will award the free 60 mins call or not. I expect another hassle actually (need to live chat & go to TM point for the free 60 mins comm pass).

Which T&C is that ? If you're talking about activation & reload bonus for free 30 days LTE unlimited pass, you need to make a reload of RM20 within 7 days after activation to be eligible for the promo which ends by 31/8.

If you're talking about the free 3gb LTE & 100 mb LTE/3G, there is no expiry as long as your line is active. Active means there is an outgoing usage at least 90 days from your last usage (including reload).

For data .. 1 mb outgoing usage will extend your validity 90 days. Let say you use 1 mb again in next 30 days say 4/9, your validity now is up to 90 days calculated from 4/9.

For calls .. 1 call is an outgoing usage

For sms .. 1 sms is an outgoing usage.

Previous SIM comes with free 10 sms. 1 sms every 3 months means your line will stay active for almost 30 months. With 60 SMS the validity will be around 15 years for 1 outgoing sms every 90 days.
