I think investing your emergency funds into the lowest risk index portfolio can be a very good substitute to FD.

Will consider this in the future. FD is a mere 3% thingy nowadays.

if you want to diversify, you can go 50:50 or even lower ratio depending on your own risk appetite.

One fact we all know is that, the FD rate is never gonna beat your inflation and you will be on the losing end at the end of the day too if your money is in the FD.

Next week, another robo will be open to Malaysian - enter Raiz Invest (raiz.com.my). 01st June 2020 is the date.

KWEB is really performing well and quite crazy. I started deposited only 1 month ago and KWEB now is 23% up. Tomorrow might reach 25% if today rise 1.5-2%. I love China!! And SA!

Means you withdraw almost your entire portfolio but leaving just a small amount inside?
Cannot avoid the decreased profit but can avoid the withdrawal rejection by withdrawing the entire portfolio instead of a sum.
Just create a new same portfolio for deposit later.
