What do you guys think ..

if do intermittent fasting . eat veggies and plain water .. can reduce belly fat ?

stop eating carbohydrates like rice, noodles
more vege and meat

if let say eat oat 7.00am ..

fast till 7.00pm .
and then joggin 30 minutes ..

later at night tak makan

I'm surprised no one has said it yet

You can't target which spot your body wants to lose fat

You usually lose fat as a whole, all over your body and which spot loses it quicker all depends on genetic

so if everyday i jogging for 2KM and go to the gym and also do this intermittent fasting still be skinny fat ? ..

Short answer, yes.

The good news is, as far as I know, scientist/dietitian/nutritionist don't see any health issue in intermittent fasting. But in my POV, eating balance meals, no fasting, practice proper exercise is still better than trying out all kind of shortcut to achieve result that u are unclear of what will u get

Hi, since there is no spot targeting, is relying on just cross trainer machine enough to eliminate (not prevent) belly/skinny fat? Is it true that crunches do not eliminate the belly fats? Thanks
