Short answer, yes.
The good news is, as far as I know, scientist/dietitian/nutritionist don't see any health issue in intermittent fasting. But in my POV, eating balance meals, no fasting, practice proper exercise is still better than trying out all kind of shortcut to achieve result that u are unclear of what will u get
