What do you guys think ..

if do intermittent fasting . eat veggies and plain water .. can reduce belly fat ?

if let say eat oat 7.00am ..

fast till 7.00pm .
and then joggin 30 minutes ..

later at night tak makan

so if everyday i jogging for 2KM and go to the gym and also do this intermittent fasting still be skinny fat ? ..
