I know our employer has till the 15th to bank in our EPF contribution to us but we have to understand that that there is 2 type of contribution one from employer which I don't have control another one is employee contribution which I have rights over. They deducted it once the salary is out then hold it until 10 to 12 baru masuk which is unfair. Is my money why they hold for almost half a month, why can't they just masuk upon deduction which is once our salary is out. Too bad no MP will entertain me else is a good topic to bring up to parliament

Actually yesterday got some maintenance on EPF i-akaun... offline cannot access... Got announcement saying maintenance....

Hoping it's related to credit the $$$$.... Since previously maintenance means dividend $$$ in 😁

In the end, sadly it's not... Just some routine maintenance work on the system....

EPF ANNOUNCES TEMPORARY SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS FOR SCHEDULED SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

KWASA DAMANSARA, 7 November 2023: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will be conducting a four-day system upgrade from 17 November to 20 November 2023, aimed at improving IT efficiency and reinforcing its long-term system resilience.


During this period, online real-time EPF services will not be available, which will result in a temporary disruption that will impact members’ ability to access their EPF accounts or conduct online transactions. The EPF Contact Management Centre will also be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade. The EPF branches will remain open, however, transactions will only be completed after the service adjustment period.


Members and employers are encouraged to plan their financial needs accordingly ahead of the service adjustment period and to visit the EPF branch when the system becomes available on 21 November 2023. All pending transactions or requests will be processed after the upgrade. We acknowledge that this may cause some inconvenience. However, we envisage this upgrade will result in a more efficient and robust infrastructure, offering substantial benefits.


We appreciate your patience and understanding as we undertake this important upgrade. Following the completion of the upgrade, we look forward to serving you better with our enhanced capabilities. For further updates or assistance, please visit our website at www.kwsp.gov.my.

then how can i get dividend for jan 2024 with my jan 2024 contribution?

Usually people would dump in before Jan24 to try to get the full dividend calculation, but,
Since you had already maxed your self contribution quota of 100k for this calender year 2023, which mean you cannot dump in anymore before Jan24.
You will get 1 day dividend for Jan24 self contribution amount
