Hi guys, i have few question for withdrawal account two for housing:-

1) Do i photocopy the entire S&P and loan agreement? Or the summary pages will do?
2) How do i certify the S&P? Can it be certify by the kwsp officer if i bring along the original documents?
Thx!
*
1) Entire S&P
2) Can request certified copy from your lawyer, but my case counter KWSP officer can verify provided you bring ori documents.

99% of the time, no, because EPF dividends > most housing loan interest rates, you're not really saving money unless you're trying to fully settle to clear debt.

Hi, Anyone did KWSP housing purchase withdrawal during this MCO period?
I have applied through e-pengeluaran,
Do i still need to make an online appointment with KWSP to send the SPA & LO copy
or should i just go there directly?

there is no option in KWSP online appointment for housing purchase currently.

thanks for your help!

bought a house in December last year and the he 10% has settled., target completion of the house around 3rd or 4th quarter 2022.

my question, can I still withdraw EPF for renovation? I already have the CTC of the SPA with me. My plan is to withdraw after dividend calculation next year. Any time limit to claim? or any other things to consider?

Thanks in advance.

Can, but must follow their conditions:

1) Must have never drawn from EPF before for housing purchase (if you already made housing withdrawal before for another property, you must have sold/disposed of the previous property)

2) Eligibility period to withdraw is 3 years from SPA signing date.

As far as i know, if your bank under KWSP panels (CIMB, Bank Islam, RHB and one more cant remember), then you can apply thru online e-Pengeluaran.. If not, then you need to go to KWSP for withdrawal..

But since nowadays under the MCO, KWSP has suspended withdrawal for Purchasing House thru Appointment.. However, there is last option which is by POST all the Documents to the KWSP which they still can process during the MCO..

But I'm not sure how long they will take and how to know the status since we dont know who the person in charge..

yes can, the only proof you need is stamped SNP and loan offer letter from bank.

i also had the 10% rebate and applied the withdrawal from akaun 2 kwsp,
i just got my money last week, used it to fund my house loan further.

Hi, this is referring to the "Housing Loan Monthly Instalment" that payout monthly to our savings account right?

My house expected VP soon and applied moratorium, will this affect the withdrawal once VP?

Possible to apply now before VP actually?

Has anyone withdrawn EPF Account 2 to pay housing installment? I previously withdrew 3 years ago for my downpayment but would like to withdraw again to pay installment as COVID has hit my job hard. My loan is with PBB

1. Does the money go straight into loan bank current account, or it goes to my saving account.
2. If into saving account, can i withdraw more than what is the monthly installment.

Dear all, just wonder if anyone has the experience in withdrawing EPF for downpayment to purchase a sub-sale property? I plan to buy a property, say RM500,000. Upon signing the offer to purchase (with agent), I need to pay 2% earnest deposit. Then I need to get a loans, say 90% of selling price, and sign S&P subsequently.

For the remaining 8% downpayment, do I need to pay upon signing S&P, or can I wait till the lawyer complete all necessary works such as transfer of title etc (which I heard normally will take 2-3 months)? Thanks in advance.

All terms in subsale are negotiable. If seller agrees, no issue.

Whem I sold one of my property previously, buyer paid less than 5% after sign SnP. The balance was paid after 3 weeks when he received the money from epf.

Just need to have a certified true copy of your s&p and bank loan offer.
Within 2-3 working days you should see money deposited already.
