My gf and I bought a house with bank loan and S&P under both of our names. This is my 1st property, while it's 2nd property for my gf.

We would like to withdraw money from account 2. Can both of us withdraw the money provided my gf didnt withdraw any epf account 2 money during 1st property purchase? Both properties has her name in the S&P and bank loan.

Also, the EPF will directly bank in to my own personal account or bank loan account?

Yes. Is there any due date to utilize this withdrawal from S&P signing date?

Both you and your gf may withdraw separately from EPF Account 2. You need to do this within 3 years after signing the S&P. Just bring a copy of the S&P and loan offer letter from the bank to any EPF office.

If said property i'm going to buy is 600k, and my akaun 2 got 15k. i only able to withdraw 6000 for the 10% down payment or i can withdraw all the 15k on my akaun 2?

I think you cannot emptied the akaun 2....if not mistaken (paid my ptptn with akaun 2)

this is correct. in the requirement did state onyl Acc 2 can be withdraw.
but i also heard if the Acc 2 withdrawn, we cannot withdraw for health benefits/hospital bills? not sure that part.

Need to check with epf...but my guess is that must have minimum amounts in that akaun 2 (i paid ptptn twice via akaun 2...first time my balance not enough to fully paid..haha)

NO... must be 1st property for both

my wife and i recently withdrew epf money from acc 2 to settle downpayment.

wife: 2nd house
me: 1st house

money from acc2 transferred to our own bank accounts in about 3-4 working days

ps we both emptied our acc2

can you please tell me what is the document KWSP need if i wanted to withdraw EPF money from my account 2 for house downpayment?
