Yeap done at Raja Laut office within 10mins. Recently lrt bandaraya having issue so i took bus instead

photostat from original, get lawyer to ctc it. bring that copy with ctc chop & ori lawyer signature

Hi All experiences sifu on EPF withdrawal, If CCRISS got 2 residential loan which exceed 3 years edi from SPA, then now purchasing 3rd residential, can we still withdraw from the EPF for the downpayment? because the EPF withdrawal form there is a column mentioned 1st or 2nd home....

By information as long you never withdraw it for any house, then you should can withdrawal.

So the 1st property and second property maybe mean* the property you want to withdraw for epf is first one or second one.

Because you can only withdrawal second epf when 1st withdrawal epf property fully settled.

Let say currently i have two houses, one already paid off and the other one still serving the loan, but the loan is not under my name while S&P yes, can I entitle to withdraw epf.acc2 to buy another house as down payment?

Wanted to ask you since you've already gotten it done quite successfully

i brought the first few pages of my LO as they were deemed most important as per my banker’s advice. my banker told me the remaining pages of my LO were T&C so not so relevant for application. so what i did was to photocopy those first few pages and submitted to the epf staff. but then i also brought along the original copy of the entire LO just in case.

you can ask your banker which pages are the most important for submission.
