They sold 3 units today as of 4pm. Cheapest courtyard villas below 3m all gone!

Dream is free! So dream as much if that will inspire us to be better!

This development really worth a second look with the revised price. Strategic location, gated guarded, contemporary design, TPC membership, etc.

For the prepared ones, is a good opportunity to get one such property at current gloomy economy. Wouldnt have such deal anymore when economy recovers.

Hi I am interested in the townhouse. I was told there’s only 14 units. Can you let me know whether it’s still available.

Not available they went very quickly, the lower units (2 storey) were the first to go when they opened for sale.

Do you know any loan dropout. Really like the place especially the golf view and beautiful clubhouse. And you have an option to go to the main TPC clubhouse if you are bored with the resident one

By the way, you interested the 2 storey or 3 storey townhouse?

I prefer the 3 storey upper floors for the view and your own private lift. For 2 storey I think older generation will favour for convenience with a garden and quicker access to the golf and clubhouse access.

I think they have also change Alya back to KLGCC

Thanks for the contact. Will speak to the developer rep on this. But my preference is still the townhouses due to smaller sizes and proximity to the clubhouse. Maintenance is also lower for the smaller size units

Sales have been brisk the past two months here that I was told only 30% left. Developer is very confident to sell the balance that soon they are no longer appointing agents to sell on their behalf. Only the developer’s own sales team will be selling. Not bad at all I’d say.
