i went to see a doctor specialises in sports injuries before. He told me nothing serious, but i might experience early arthritis since didn't take of it before.

Now i'm taking glucosamine already.

maybe you need an MRI scan to find out exactly what went wrong.

a bit too young to suffer from arthritis don't you think?

haha ya, but butterfly is the most challenging and high intensity.

I could only maximum 1 lap on butterfly. Too tired.

Try GNC Triflex. So far I have been a repeater buyer for the products since 6 years ago.

Me too have left knee problem these past decade and have avoided jogging/running. Pain is noticeably missing when I build leg muscles (as mentioned by Miyakochan), so it confirms does help.
But now I’m looking at a new strategy involving barefoot shoes (minimalist shoes). Maybe my knee pains come from wrong type of footwear, so I plan to reset the way I walk or run by changing footwear type.

I started with walking, since during MCO the pool was closed. And then I move to some simple aerobic exercises following those from YouTube. Search for knee friendly low impact stuffs. Then now I do cycling, elliptical machines, swimming when the weather allows and a lot of LesMills body combat programs. I still walk, I walk up and down a hill near my house. smile.gif

I can finally jog/run/ do jumping jacks without worrying that my knee is going to hurt but I still avoid things that will put a lot of impact on my knees. Because these impacts can carry forward to the future, especially when you are old. So yeah.

Yeah invest in good shoes. Horrible shoes make your days horrible.

Picked up swimming 5 months ago. Had a personal coach to teach me everything from 0.

Fast forward to present day. I know how to do breastroke and freestyle comfortably. Learning butterfly and backstroke atm.

What I've benefit from swimming? My lower back sore from office work 9 to 5 is gone. My body got toned up. And still in the process of quitting smoking. Never knew i loved swimming that much ever since swimming pool trauma during childhood. My past fear has become my present passion

TBH, the best cure for bodily aches and pain is exercise. Any exercise. Get moving and keep moving.
Not, pain killer, massage, supplements, tittar, physio, chiro or ortho.

The only thing I don't like about swimming is the dirty toilets. puke.gif omg the smell...

Agree. Meds and supplement are only there to support us. We ourself should do the hard work.

Used to swim after work for relaxation. But stopped after the pandemic.
