well even my condo also, those smokers will just throw the ciggy butt out from the balcony, some time it fell to my balcony, it may cause fire if there are clothes hanging out there, those staying at lower floor always throw tissues, candy package, plastic outside their balcony.

This is rumah mampu milik. U buy u hv to stay what. It is for malaysian. At first place u are not allow to rent ur house. But some complaint kena pindah work outside kl. Kementerian sudah bg greenlight. If u nak rent ur house only for malaysian. Since this is a rumah mampu milik scheme.
