As of now most problem coming from tenant. Not owner. Stupid tenant. Come here renting but act like asshole thinking they pay more than owner.

Luckily KWP sudah keluar notice. Cannot rent it to foreigner. Else lagi teruk.

Thats why. I know other apartment pay same maintenance fees like pandanmas but without any gym or pool.

1920 units from Pandanmas 2 (Block C D E)
Pandanmas 1 got 700 units (Block A and B)
So total 2500++ units.

Units size 800sqft and 900sqft (majority this size).
Not studio pigeon hole size.
