Very tempted to get these cheaper housing programs but really these houses in time will be shit because the people which stays there are just (excuse my language) MOSTLY *********** hence the attitude.

The challenge about living in these RUMAWIP type homes is that you will end up with neighbours who are unaccustomed to communal living, hence you get issues like this. This is not the kind of mentality that can be changed overnight.

Maintenence fees is RM300/month. So they expect cleaner to pick the diapers for them.
