I think the management is quite strict in pandanmas.

The management will go for rounds and see all those retarded people who throw rubbish outside their window, or fix illegal structures etc, take picture and video as evidence then first put up a notice at the notice board. Then they will proceed to said unit number and give them fine letter with pictures. Then either you/tenant pay. If tenant pay ok la, if you then too bad, next time dont rent to setinggan mentality ppl.

But this pandanmas last time sitting on settingan area so when they wanted to clear it as part of the agreement this ppl get a few units. This is what i heard la dont know true or not.
