Seriously?

I hate it when people pay maintenance and then they feel they have the right to throw rubbish everywhere to get their money's worth so that the cleaner not makan gaji buta.

Rules of communal or high rise living should be taught in schools as part of the syllabus. Pendidikan Moral or Agama is still not adequate if civic education or common sense is not taught.

Also, ground level storage should be provided or attached to car parks to avoid issues like bicycle being parked or other items being placed indiscriminately at common areas.

Maintenence fees is RM300/month. So they expect cleaner to pick the diapers for them.

The people who act like this won't even bother paying the fees. In a few years time will enter the never ending cycle of "Don't want pay because no maintenance done, no maintenance done because noone pay."

KL is full of these people who brought their kampung mindset with them and then force real urban folks to accept their behaviour.

Example:

Park their cars on pedestrian walkways
Ride their motorcycles on pedestrian walkways
Throw their rubbish wherever they want
Ride motor with helmet on their laps, not on their heads

Some people will forever be kampung

Not so much. Rules are strangely dumb regarding visitors in this day of digital age. Facilities not so much problem since every block is provided with 6 elevator. Race composition is around 60 percent malay, 35 percent chinese and 5 percent i dian.

Where got so much.
This is a high density place. Maintenance fees is RM180 for those 900sqft unit. 800sqft (no balcony) unit will be cheaper.
Is only 0.20 per sqft. Not inclusive of sinking fund.

Best part is, when these kampung mindset go back to their kampung, they portray an uncivilized image of us urban folks. Thus, giving those in KL the bad name instead!

Over here :

https://www.propertyguru.com.my › ... › Johor › Johor Bahru

RM 490,000.00 to RM 880,000.00

Sweeping the road inside the fence. That is okay. But followed by throwing the rubbish outside the fence.

Not just once. Every few days.

Mindset is 1 thing...expectation is another...ppl cannot possibly think buying budget houses like ppa1m pri1ma rumaw1p etc and expect T40 behavior coz u know, deep down sakai will always be sakai, regardless of race.

You wont missed it. Like 5 high rise blocks of high density. 3 blocks higher than the other 2 blocks.
